Shui Feng is a professor in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics of McMaster University in Canada. He received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from Beijing Normal University, and the Ph.D. degree from Carleton University under the supervision of D.A. Dawson. His research focuses on stochastic processes and their applications in ecology, finance, population genetics, and statistical physics. His current research concentrates on the interplay between Bayesian non-parametrics, random measures, and measure-valued processes.
