In September 2023, Dr. Yu Zhang joined the Center for Applied Mathematics.

Dr. Yu Zhang obtained his Ph.D. degree from the Ohio State University in May 2020. Following that, he conducted his postdoctoral research at Nankai University. Dr. Yu Zhang specializes in Algebraic Topology and has published papers in well-respected journals such as Proceedings of the American Mathematical Society, Journal of Homotopy and Related Structures, and Topology and Its Applications.
